Escape to the Cullendore High Country located high in the mountains of the Great Dividing Range. Our secluded mountain retreat is a genuine bush camping getaway for those nature-lovers interested in bushwalking, mountainbiking, fishing, photography and interactions with our prolific wildlife. Caravans, camper trailers, tents and motorhomes are all welcome (2WD and 4WD).
Located only two and a half hours from Brisbane and half an hour from Warwick, Killarney and Stanthorpe, we are an easily accessible yet secluded campground. Cullendore High Country is the ideal bush camping destination for those seeking privacy and room to explore. Our campsites are scattered throughout the forest. Each site offers its own unique character, whether it is the mountain views, the creeks or the cool and quiet of our beautiful brushbox forests.
Cullendore High Country Campground is located on a 4000 acre working cattle property. A 2000 acre portion of this property has been set aside for our campground. Explore our property and thousands of acres of old growth forest in the adjoining Maryland National Park. These forests are alive with native birds and animals. In particular we have one of the largest populations of the rare and elusive Spotted-tail Quoll in Australia. Wallabies, wallaroos, kangaroos and birdlife abound. This unique corner of the world is all here for you to explore. Cullendore High Country is a PET FREE campgrounds. Firewood is available at the office.
Rates/night: Adults-$15, Children (4-16)-$10, Families-$45. We are only able to accept CASH on-site as we have no EFTPOS facilties.
