Camping at Cullendore

Camping at Cullendore is simple, spacious and connected to the landscape.

Guests are free to explore the property at their own pace, with access to walking trails that move through forest, creek lines and open grazing country. Native wildlife is a constant presence, and the scale of the property allows for a sense of quiet and privacy that is increasingly hard to find.

Fires are permitted, creating space to gather in the evenings and experience the landscape after dark.

The Creek Camp

Nestled along a spring-fed creek on the eastern side of the property, Creek Camp offers ten secluded sites, including two group areas.

Shaded, private, and set alongside a high country stream, it’s ideal for those seeking a quieter, more immersive camping experience.

The Overflow

The Overflow is a collection of campsites spread across several creek lines, including areas known as The Valley, The Rise and Clancy’s.

It offers a flexible mix of sites — from smaller creekside spots to larger group areas near open wetlands.

The Mountain Camp

Positioned high on the northern escarpment, Mountain Camp looks out across the eastern Darling Downs.

With group sites and mountain views, it’s suited to those seeking a more forested setting.
